League Format

• Teams up to 2

• 8-week season 

• Weekly 9 hole rotations up to 2 hours of play

• Live scoring and standings

• Courses are selected weekly and may rotate to offer variety and challenge.​

League Policies

• Teams must register before the league start date.

• Open to beginning and experienced golfers over 18 years old.

• Teams are responsible for booking their weekly bay during their assigned time slot.

• Arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled round.

• Time lost due to late arrival cannot be added, the team’s round needs to be played within the reserved slot.

• Teams that cannot attend must notify management at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows may forfeit points for the week.

• Scores are recorded per hole using the simulator’s built-in scoring system.

• Handicaps may be assigned to level the playing field for all skill levels.

• Fair play and respectful behavior are required at all times.

• Any form of cheating, unsportsmanlike conduct, or abuse of equipment may result in disqualification or removal from the league.

• Teams are responsible for all players’ behavior during league play.

• Players may use personal clubs or loaner sets provided by Fairway Lounge.

• Clean, indoor-appropriate shoes are required.

• Food and drinks are allowed only in designated areas outside the bays.

• Any damage to simulators or property caused by negligence will be billed to the responsible party.

• Fairway Lounge reserves the right to adjust league format, rules or schedule as needed. Participants will be notified in advance of any changes.
